How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. Once shipped, UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we only ship in the UK, but we’re working on expanding internationally.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. If you don’t receive it within a few days, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, you can contact us at teamstreetgeek@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to resend it.
What if my package hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order is past the estimated delivery date or your tracking link hasn’t updated, contact teamstreetgeek@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.

Can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order, please contact teamstreetgeek@gmail.com no later than 24 hours after making your purchase. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible, but you may request a return after delivery.

How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our Size Guide on our product page to help you find the ideal fit. Our T-shirts are designed with a relaxed, oversized cut.
What material are your T-shirts made from?
All Street Geek T-shirts are made from premium 300gsm cotton for a soft, heavyweight feel and a clean, structured streetwear fit.
Will the print fade or crack?
No. Our graphics are DTG printed using high-quality, durable techniques that keep designs bold and crisp, even after multiple washes.
What is the best way to wash and dry my T-shirt?
For the best results, wash your T-shirt at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and dry cleaning, as they can damage the fabric and print. Tumble dry on low heat and the shortest cycle, or ideally, air dry to preserve the T-shirt’s shape and print quality. If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting and turn the T-shirt inside out to protect the design.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email teamstreetgeek@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
